Passport Pop-Up: Mommy & Me Sculpt is a welcoming outdoor fitness experience created for parents and caregivers with newborns through approximately 12 months (or pre-walkers) to reconnect with their bodies while spending meaningful time with their little one.
Led by fitness instructor Maggie Gormley, this 45-minute Pilates-inspired sculpt class blends strength, mobility, balance, and functional movement in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Your baby is welcome to join however they’re happiest — whether that means snuggling in a carrier, relaxing on a blanket, hanging out in a stroller, or staying close while you move.
After class, stay awhile for light refreshments, conversation, and community with other local parents navigating the same season of life.
